Jay is new to the music scene in Calgary but has already made a name for himself as a stellar Celtic guitarist.  He has played regularly with Calgary band Third Reel over the last couple of years and has become a much sought after addition to any Irish session or recording.  His blazing picking combined with interesting chord patterns brings a unique flavor to the music, and is instrumental in the creation of the Seancara sound.   His own musical compositions not only show off his mastery of the guitar but demonstrate a musical sensitivity far beyond his years.
